Using OpenPulse

OpenPulse provides public discovery pages and estimates derived from public GitHub repository information. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with, overload, probe, or bypass safeguards protecting the service.

You may link to public pages and use the information for ordinary research. Automated collection must respect applicable laws, third-party terms, and reasonable limits on service requests.

Data and availability

Repository information and calculated metrics can be delayed, incomplete, changed by their source, or unavailable while collection runs. Growth values describe observed changes over a stated window; activity scores are relative comparisons across repositories with complete data. They are not guarantees, endorsements, or measures of software quality.

OpenPulse is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability or error-free data. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited by law.

Third-party content and links

Repository names, descriptions, code, topics, and licenses belong to their respective owners and are subject to the terms shown on GitHub. OpenPulse links to third-party pages but does not control their content, availability, or privacy practices.

OpenPulse is an independent project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by GitHub. GitHub and related marks belong to their respective owners.

Changes and legal details

These terms may change as the service evolves. The revision date above shows when this page was last updated. For questions, email [email protected]. The project has not yet published a legal entity or governing-law selection; those details need to be confirmed by the operator.
